Top Seven Spring Nail Trends

There was recently an article in InStyle Magazine that shows what the top seven nail polish trends were for the Spring 2012 season.  I really like the colors they had for the trends.  The only thing that was concerning for me  was a lot of the brand they featured were very expensive.  I am a college student on a budget so I decided to take it upon myself to find similar colors for a less expensive price so that we can all be trendy without breaking the bank.

InStyle Magazine's Seven New Nail Polish Trends:

1. Cobalt
-This is a beautiful bright blue color that will make your nails stand out in a crowd.
- My affordable color recommendation is Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Xtreme Wear Blue It which retails for around $4 per bottle.

2.  Turquoise
- This color is perfect for the spring season.  Its blue and green tones will leave your nails will a happy spring time feel.
- My affordable color recommendation is China Glaze Aquadelic from the Electropop collection.  It retails for about $6 per bottle.

3. Tangerine
- The bright orange color will look great with many skin tones and will pair well with many spring time outfits.
- My affordable color recommendation is Color Club Poker Face which retails for around $4 per bottle.

4.  Neon Pink
- Neon Pink is one of my all time favorite colors and its stand out in the crowd nature makes it a perfect color for spring time manicures
- My affordable color recommendation is China Glaze Wicked Style from the Electropop collection.  It retails for around $6 per bottle.

5.  Creamsicle Orange
- This color reminds me of one of my favorite spring time snacks.  It is a refreshing spring color.
- My affordable color recommendation is China Glaze Peachy Keen which retails for around $6 per bottle.

6.  Lilac
- This light purple color is just as beautiful as the spring blooming flower it is named for.
- My affordable color recommendation is Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Xtreme Wear Lacey Lilac which retails for around $4 per bottle.

7. Opaque Pink
- This color is a ballerina pink that will be sure to stun people this season.
- My affordable color recommendation is OPI Pink-ing of You which retails for around $8.50 per bottle.

I think that the colors that I featured are very similar to the once featured by InStyle.  Do you guys like trying to find more affordable nail polish dupes?  Let me know what your favorite dupes are by leaving a comment here or on the Polished Paradise Facebook Page!
