Yesterday creative director of CND Colours Jan Arnold told More magazine that it is illegal to produce neon nail polish in the U.S. This means that most of the nail polish that we call neon is actually just brightly colored. Any true neon colors that you find in U.S. stores are imported. Neon polish is always a big trend during the summer months and it is interesting to know that most of the polished that we call neon are not true neon polishes.
