Glitter Jelly Sandwich!

I am so excited with the design that I have for you guys today!  I was finally able to complete a successful jelly polish and glitter sandwich!  For those of you who don't know what a Glitter Jelly sandwich is; it is when you put a layer of glitter between two layers of sheer jelly based polish, and it is pretty stunning looking.

For this design I used OPI You Callin' Me a Lyre and Barielle Starchild.  This is so easy to recreate on your own. What I did was painted two coats of You Callin' Me a Lyre on my nails and after they had dried I painted one thin coat of Starchild. After that was dried I added another thin coat of You Callin' Me a Lyre on top to sandwich the glitter in between the layers of jelly polish.

I LOVE how this came out!  The holographic glitter still picks up the light really nicely, but I also love  how soft and delicate the top layer of jelly polish makes the glitter look.  I cannot wait to try this out with different color jelly polishes and glitters!
